Easiest Crock Pot Dinner, Ever. Ever!

One (2.5 lb or something close to that weight) Pork Loin Roast (Any Pork Product will do, whether it be a roast, a tenderloin, sirloin, whathaveyou)

One bottle of BBQ Sauce (14-16oz) – whatever flavor suits your fancy or make your own here!

I’m only going to provide the instructions once, so pay CLOSE attention!

1. Put the pork in the CrockPot. Pour the bottle of BBQ Sauce over the pork. I’ve found it tastes better if you sing “Shake it like a Polaroid Pitcha!” while pouring (and shaking)

2. Set the Crock Pot (or generic Crock Pot knock-off slow cooker) to High for 4-5 hours.

3. Cover and find something to do. Get out of the house! You know what they say about “a watched (Crock) pot”…

4. Come home (4 hrs later), check the meat with a fork and eat when ready!

Tastes great as BBQ lettuce wraps: iceburg lettuce, dill pickle chips, coleslaw, etc.

or, for those of you who love tortillas, try BBQ tacos with this meat!
